FAQ
Vehicle Signage
How much do vehicle graphics cost?
The cost of vehicle graphics can vary widely based on your design, the size of the vehicle, and the type of materials used. A basic design might cost a few hundred dollars, while a full vehicle wrap can run into the thousands. Factors like the vinyl type, size, and surface complexity also impact the price.
Here are some common options:
- Full vehicle wraps – Covers your entire vehicle.
- Partial vehicle wraps – Focus on specific areas like doors, bumpers, side panels, or tailgates to highlight your message.
- Vinyl graphics – Add elements like logos, taglines, website addresses, or contact info.
How long will the vehicle wrap last?
With proper care, your vehicle graphics should last around 5 to 6 years, although exposure to sun and environmental factors may affect their lifespan.
How do I remove vehicle graphics?
Rapt offer a vehicle graphics removal service if required. Alternatively, you can remove them yourself by using a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the vinyl. If there’s any leftover adhesive, it can be easily cleaned off with isopropyl alcohol. For full vehicle wraps, it’s best to have a professional do the removal.
Building Signage
What do I need to get started on my signage project?
To begin, we’ll need the site address for initial research. If you have a logo or design, please provide the files in vector format. It’s also helpful to share any specific site restrictions, landlord requirements, or photos of the location. In some cases, a site visit may be necessary to take measurements and discuss your needs.
Do you offer design services for signage?
Yes! Our in-house design team can help bring your ideas to life, whether you have a concept in mind or need a full design from scratch. We’ll work with you to create mock-ups and visuals for your approval before proceeding with production.
How long does it take to complete a signage project?
The timeline for your signage project will depend on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and any necessary permits. Typically, it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We’ll provide you with an estimated timeline once we have all the details, and we'll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything stays on track.

Window Frosting
Do you apply the film to the inside or outside of the glass?
We typically apply the film to the interior of the glass.
How do I clean the window after the film is applied?
Taking care of your window frosting film is easy! Simply use soapy water and a soft cloth or paper towel to clean it. Avoid abrasive cleaners or ammonia-based products. Wait at least 3 weeks before cleaning to allow the film to fully cure.

Why do the colours in my printed project look different on the screen?
Colors on screens are made of light (RGB), while printed colours are created with ink (CMYK). RGB colours tend to look brighter because they’re lit up, while CMYK colours appear duller due to the nature of ink on paper. Keep in mind that CMYK can’t reproduce all RGB colours, which is why there’s often a colour difference between what you see on screen and in print.
What does full bleed mean?
Full bleed means that the image is printed larger than the final size of the document, so when it’s trimmed, the colour extends all the way to the edge. We usually specify a 3mm bleed. For example, an A4 sheet would be 303mm x 216mm before trimming to 297mm x 210mm.
What type of files do you require?
We accept high-resolution PDFs, AI, and EPS files. If you're unsure whether your file is suitable, get in touch, and we can help guide you
