Shipping policy

Delivery time frames:
 
Below are the usual delivery time frames.
 
*Please understand sometimes there are courier delays outside of our control.
 
Please allow 3 working days for Rapt to dispatch your order – Shipping time is additional. Monday to Friday.
 
Please note that while we will do everything possible to ensure a product arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date and delays can happen with couriers.
 
North Island 1-2 working days estimate only.
 
South Island: 2-5 working days estimate only.

Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-5 working days for delivery on top of the above time frames. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE FOR RURAL DELIVERIES.
 
This must be to a single delivery address within New Zealand.
 
 
Delivery details:

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without safe access.
 
Pick ups:
You can select pick up at Unit 6, 215 Rosedale Rd, Albany, Auckland as an option at checkout. Collection details will be provided once your order is received and ready for collection.
 
Damages:
If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24 hours. All original packaging must also be kept. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
 
Non delivery:
All non-deliveries must be reported within 10 days of dispatch.  This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
